the Lion of Judah has a plan

A note from our president on March 16, 2022

Over the last couple of days, I’ve had numerous conversations with my employees and family regarding the Ukraine invasion, the attack on our economy, and the overall state of our financial stability as a nation. Fear and chaos not only run amok on the local news station but also inside the walls of our houses and workplaces. Material possessions roll out the red carpet to counterfeit gods and 401Ks literally evaporate before our very eyes. Deposits and securities that appear impenetrable and dense are gone in the blink. Record gas prices steal the front-page headlines with little regard for anything short of defamation. Unfortunately, the glass is everything but translucent and there are absolutely no guarantees this side of heaven.

Physically handing bad press over to the sovereign Jehovah God does not mean arbitrarily throwing all caution to the wind. It does mean understanding Who the wind is obedient to. It means being a good steward of what God provides, has provided and will continue to provide. It means understanding where the security originated from and where it will reside when our time on this earth is up.

While I don’t have the answers, I do remind those in my circle that God Almighty has not left His throne. The angels in heaven sing of His glory and drown out every voice of doubt that fights to be heard. Gold is used as road pavement, the silver is corroded, and any pursuit other than that of the Lord is fleeting.

No matter how much evil this world dishes out, the Lion of Judah has a plan. God provides, God alone is worthy of being trusted, and although this planet may be full of more dark than light, this follower will leap and dance knowing my future is secure and that moth, rust and thieves have no effect.
