It’s not often a smaller company like mine gets a call for a major product line, like the one below, with such an extensive rep network. But, that is exactly what happened on this little opportunity. The customer called their normal distribution channel, after hours, with no success. A few moments later, the coach pulled us off the bench and put us in the game.
Expediting a few of these in the middle of the night is a bit challenging. Our generous customers are worth it and sometimes this is what a good foot wash looks like.
Praise God for this customer, this blessing and this supplier that answered the phone before sunrise. Hitting a homerun in the wee hours is the work of Jesus Christ alone.
