We were called by one of our great customers to help provide a solution through a myriad of obstacles standing in the way. The existing valve package was obsolete. There were space constraints due to the labyrinth of piping surrounding the valve and because of torque most of the valve actuator manufacturers could not fit the envelope.
The customer also wanted to stick with the same series of valve to keep from having to perform an MOC. Adding sprinkles to the top of the cupcake, the customer wanted it delivered lightning fast.
We are so very blessed to have outstanding channel partners in our arsenal. Three different channel partners came together to provide one package in record timing and at a fraction of the cost of our closest competitor.
