‘One day Jesus said to his disciples, ‘Let us go over to the other side of the lake.’ So they got into a boat and set out.’ Luke 8:21-22
As with most days during the week we set out for a grand adventure. We set out with good intentions on making good decisions and having a blue sky kind of day.
The disciples got into the boat with Jesus thinking this was that type of Galilean day. Little did they know in a few hours they would fear for their life. Jesus promises us in Scripture He will never leave us or forsake us. He does not reveal what storms life will bring along the way. It is quite possible He does not reveal this because He wants to show us something different about Himself thus revealing something we never dreamed.
In the world of company ownership I am learning that there are many storms on the lake. The timing of His revelation, and the means in which He brings this forth, is absolutely perfect.
