Magnetic Liquid Level Gauges

Did you know that the finely engineered PROMAG Magnetic Liquid Level Gauges are safer than glass site gauges? Glass gauges easily break and leak and, in many applications, they can be quite dangerous.

These gauges are well suited for Hazardous Locations without the need for stringent code requirement. Internal components are hermetically sealed, therefore totally isolated from the process. These gauges are especially suitable for use where the need for high visibility, low cost, and a low profile installation is a consideration.

  • -300 F to +800 F Temperatures

  • Visual Indicators – Percentages, gallons, liters, inches only or any combination

• TRANSMITTERS / SWITCHES

  • Transmitter – Continuous Level with ¼” or ½” resolution.  Indication as well as Control.
  • Switches
    • Electric – 1 amp. - FM approved for Class 1, Div.1, Gr. B,C ,D
      • 10 amps. Micro Switch - FM approved for Class 1, Div.1, Gr. B,C,D
    • Pneumatic

• TEMPERATURE CONTROL / EFFECTS ON SPECIFIC GRAVITIES

  • Specific gravities are affected by temperature changes. 

• CRYOGINECS

  • 32 F or Below needs cryogenic insulation to prevent flashing and ice accumulation.
  • -150F or below Vacuum Jacketed Insulation
